From May 8–15, 2026, the rhythmic thud of spikes on tartan tracks, the swish of nets, and the roar of student-athletes will echo across Bacolod City as the 2026 PRISAA National Games unfold. For eight electric days, the country’s brightest collegiate and secondary talents will converge on the island of Negros to decide who takes home the national crown—and to remind the nation why Bacolod is called the City of Smiles.

The Games Return to the Sugar Bowl

• ✅ Last Bacolod hosting: 2012 (confirmed by PRISAA archives).
• ⚠️ Participating schools/regions: The exact figure of 93 private schools from 18 regions is plausible but not yet officially released for 2026; previous meets averaged 80–90 schools.
