Bacolod City, Negros Occidental — The Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) proudly announces that the 2026 PRISAA National Games will take place from May 8 to 15, 2026, in the vibrant City of Smiles, Bacolod City. For eight thrilling days, the country’s finest secondary and collegiate private school athletes will compete to claim national titles and showcase their athletic excellence.

Returning to Bacolod City for the first time since 2012, the event affirms Bacolod’s reputation as a premier sports hub and a welcoming host for nationwide competitions.

Event Highlights

• Dates: May 8 – 15, 2026
• Location: Bacolod City, Negros Occidental
• Participating Schools: Estimated nearly 90 private schools representing 18 regions nationwide (final count pending official release).
• Athletes and Delegates: Expected to exceed 4,000 athletes, coaches, and officials based on recent participation trends.
• Sports Program: 21 confirmed sports disciplines, including the debut of obstacle-course racing in PRISAA history.
• Venues: Multiple official venues across Bacolod designated by the City Government to host competitions.
