The National Officers are responsible for the overall governance and strategic execution of the Association.

| Chairman | Acts as the Presiding Officer of all meetings of the National Board and the Annual General Assembly. |
| Vice Chairman/President | Acts as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Association. Shall preside over the National Board and General Assembly Meetings in the absence of the Chairman. |
| Vice President | Assists the President in their duties. Shall preside over the National Board and General Assembly Meetings in the absence of both the Chairman and the President. |
| Secretary | Acts as the Corporate Secretary and Records Custodian. Responsible for the proper recording and safekeeping of the Minutes of the National Board and General Assembly Meetings. |
| Treasurer | Acts as the Fund Custodian. Responsible for the prudent management of financial resources based on the approved budget. Renders annual financial reports. |
| Auditor | Acts as the Internal Auditor. Responsible for the installation of adequate internal accounting and auditing systems, and preparation of financial reports. |
| Public Relations Officer (PRO) | Responsible for establishing good relationships with the media, government, and the general public. Prepares documentary and press releases covering Association activities. |
| Marketing/Promotions Officer | Responsible for promoting projects, programs, and activities to prospective sponsors and supporters. |
| Secretary General | Acts as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Responsible for the successful management and operation of the National Secretariat. Supervises national office staff and coordinates with Regional Associations. |
| National Executive Director (NED) | Acts as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO). Responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of sports projects. Supervises the Screening Committee and Tournament Managers. Coordinates with National Sports Associations (NSAs). Acts as Chairman, Protests Committee for technical decisions. |
The duties and responsibilities of Regional Association and Provincial/City Chapter Officers shall be patterned from those of the National Association Officers, focusing on their respective jurisdictional levels.
The National Secretariat, headed by the Secretary General, serves as the center of administrative operations in collaboration with the National Executive Director.
The NOC, headed by the Vice Chairman/National President, is organized to oversee the successful management and conduct of the Annual PRISAA National Collegiate Games.
The PRISAA Working Committees are directly responsible for the successful management and conduct of the National Collegiate Games. They are divided into two main groups, supervised by different directors:

| Budget & Finance | Prepare cash budget, identify funding sources, disburse funds, monitor finances, maintain records, and prepare financial reports. |
| Foods & Drinks / Catering | Identify, negotiate, and monitor caterers; ensure compliance with menu, quality, quantity, and sanitation; ensure availability of potable drinking water. |
| Media Relations | Promote the Games, coordinate with media, prepare press releases for daily publication/broadcast, and maintain compilations of publications and photos. |
| Medical | Provide medical assistance at venues and centers; coordinate with delegation physicians, local health officers, and the Red Cross. |
| Physical Arrangement | Responsible for physical arrangement and aesthetic design of program venues, providing technical requirements (lights, sound), and arranging venues for meetings. |
| Programs & Invitation | Prepare and distribute programs/invitations for ceremonies (Opening, Closing, Awards, etc.); identify emcees; manage the flow and conduct of the programs. |
| Purchasing/Procurement | Procure sports supplies, materials, and equipment needed for the Games in coordination with all working committees and tournament directors. |
| Secretariat | Serve as the center of information/communication for the Games; coordinate with government/non-government organizations and regional associations; disseminate data, game schedules, and official results; issue official IDs and vehicle passes. |
| Security | Responsible for the security, safety, and protection of all personnel; coordinate with PNP, AFP, and Barangay officials; provide security personnel at all venues and centers. |
| Socials & Reception | Prepare and conduct social/fellowship activities; coordinate arrival and departure of delegations; receive and dispatch delegations; guide athletes and officials to venues. |
| Supplies and Equipment | Coordinate needs, prepare purchase requisitions, issue supplies/equipment to committees, collect unused items, and conduct inventory. |
| Transportation | Identify and negotiate shuttle/transportation services; handle transportation requirements for the National Board, officials, working committees, and special guests. |
| Ways and Means | Identify and negotiate with prospective sponsors for corporate sponsorships/financial assistance; solicit support (cash or in kind); serve as the marketing arm of the Games. |

| Screening | Coordinate submission of entries and credentials; conduct screening of athletes/participants; provide tournament directors with lists of qualified participants; issue official IDs; refer eligibility issues to the NOC. |
| Sports Medicine | Provide medical assistance in playing/competition venues; coordinate with the Medical Committee and other agencies regarding sports medicine needs. |
| Sports Solidarity | Promote friendship and unity; prepare and conduct sports solidarity programs; develop knowledge/skills of athletes and officials; coordinate with other sports agencies. |
| Technical | Coordinate and manage the efficient conduct of sports competitions; maintain competition records/documents and prepare terminal reports; ensure safety and prevent injuries; ensure venues and equipment meet standards. |
| Tournaments and Protest | Prepare schedule of games and tournaments; coordinate schedules with coaches/officials; coordinate procurement of equipment; monitor successful conduct of games; act on protests filed by any team. |
| Venue Management | Coordinate the use of venues/facilities; prepare and arrange playing venues for sports/events; manage the layout, cleanliness, and orderliness of venues for the duration of the competitions. |
