🤝 Membership, Fees, and Dues
I. Membership
PRISAA accreditation is by individual school membership. Only duly accredited PRISAA Member-schools are eligible to participate in competitions and authorized to collect PRISAA Fees from students (as sanctioned by CHED).
A. Membership Requirements
- Application Process: Membership is by individual school application, requiring:
- Recommendation by the Provincial/City Chapter President.
- Approval by the Regional Association President.
- Confirmation by the National Chairman.
- Recognition: The applicant institution must be duly recognized or authorized by CHED to operate.
- Mandatory Participation:
- A Member-school must participate in recognized PRISAA Competitions at the Provincial/City Level based on student enrollment.
- Champions at the Provincial/City Level must participate in the PRISAA Regional Collegiate Games.
- Champions at the Regional Level must participate in the PRISAA National Collegiate Games.
- In the National Games, participating regions must compete in all required sports/events, as well as the "Mutya ng PRISAA" and Vocal Solo competitions.
B. Application for Membership
- Submission: Application must be made in writing using the prescribed form (Appendix “A”).
- Local Approval: The form, together with the membership fee and supporting documents, is submitted to the Provincial/City Chapter President, who recommends approval to the Regional Association President.
- National Confirmation: The Regional President approves the application and forwards it, along with the fee and documents, to the National Chairman for confirmation.
- Certification: Upon confirmation, the National Chairman informs the new Member-school in writing and awards a corresponding Certificate of Membership (Appendix “B”) through the National Secretariat.
C. Member-School's Benefits and Privileges
PRISAA Member-schools are entitled to the following:
- Financial Authority: Authority to collect PRISAA Fees from students every semester as authorized by CHED.
- Competition Eligibility: Eligibility to participate in all recognized PRISAA sports competitions, including the "Mutya ng PRISAA" and Vocal Solo Competitions.
- Development: Eligibility to participate in all PRISAA sponsored seminars, workshops, and sports training programs.
- Leadership: Privilege to be elected as a PRISAA Officer in the Provincial/City, Regional, and/or National Levels.
- Networking: Privilege to establish networks and linkages with other PRISAA Member-schools and Affiliates.
- Exposure: Privilege of maximum media exposure through participation in recognized activities.
- Documentation: Receipt of a Certificate of Membership and Certificate of Participation in recognized competitions.
II. Fees and Dues
A. Membership Fee
A one-time membership fee of five thousand pesos (P5,000.00), payable to PRISAA National, is required upon filing the Application for Membership.
B. Annual Dues
An annual dues of two thousand five hundred pesos (P2,500.00) for membership renewal must be paid in July of every school year to the PRISAA National through the concerned Regional Association.
C. Pro-rata Sharing Scheme
The distribution of PRISAA fees collected from students by the Member-schools follows this scheme:

III. Remittance Procedure
Funds are remitted via check or money order payable to the appropriate PRISAA Association (Regional or National).
A. Remittance to PRISAA National Association
The annual dues and the 10% pro-rata contribution must be remitted by the President of PRISAA Member-schools through their PRISAA Regional Association on or before:
- July 31 (First Semester)
- December 15 (Second Semester)
B. Remittance to PRISAA Regional Associations
The pro-rata contributions due to the PRISAA Regional Associations must be remitted by the President of PRISAA Member-schools to their PRISAA Regional Association concerned on or before:
- July 31 (First Semester)
- December 15 (Second Semester)
IV. Termination of Membership
Membership in PRISAA may be terminated based on the following grounds:
- Non-Payment of Annual Dues, Pro-rata Contributions, and Other Assessments.
- Non-Participation in PRISAA Competitions and Sponsored Activities.
Note on Leave of Absence: A PRISAA Member-school may file an official leave of absence for a maximum period of two (2) years. During this leave, the school is not required to pay annual dues and pro-rata contributions, but is not allowed to collect PRISAA fees from students.
