OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES
1. Player Identification
Only the Official University ID (College or University Student ID) is accepted to verify a player’s identity.
2. Bench Personnel
- One person only: the Official Coach assigned to the sport.
- Qualifications: College officer, team captain, or Regional / National PRISAA athlete.
3. Seeding & Format
- Seeding basis: Final standings from the last Intramurals per event.
- Format: Double elimination for all racket and ball games.
4. Uniform Regulations

| Goalkeepers / Liberos | Jersey color must contrast with the official design. |
| New Designs | Optional. If created, submit during initial screening. 2022 jerseys remain valid. |
5. Eligibility
- Official Gallery list = only valid roster.
- One sport only per player.
6. Time & Default Rules
| Rule | Timeframe |

| Scheduled Time | Strictly followed. |
| Defaulting Time | 5 min to field minimum players. |
| Mutual Default | If both teams fail: 10 min grace period. Team with most present players wins. |
| Game of Succession | Be complete & present one game ahead of scheduled time—no exceptions. |
7. No-Show Policy
If a college fields no participants in an event, it receives zero points for that game.
8. Injury Protocol
- Maximum rest: 10 minutes.
- Substitute must appear on the official list.
- No substitute → play resumes with or without the injured player.
9. Conduct & Language
- Foul language is strictly prohibited.
- First offense: Yellow card / warning.
- Repeat offense: Suspension for the remainder of the day’s games.
- Authority: Game official determines all disciplinary actions.
10. Officials’ Decisions
- Final and binding.
- Only the team captain and official coach may inquire about the ruling.
11. Player Screening
Mandatory pre-game check will be conducted before every match.
12. Violations & Sanctions
- Single violation → Automatic disqualification for the college.
- Second violation in the same event → Team placed last in the standings.
