Celebrating Unity and Discipline
More than just a series of games, this regional gathering is a celebration of coordination, culture, and the shared purpose of private institutions. Each delegation arrived at the Pangasinan Merchant Marine Academy (PAMMA) with a spirit of cooperation, proving that discipline and mutual respect are the foundations of every great athlete.
A Grand Opening Ceremony
The atmosphere was electric as the event officially moved to the People’s Astrodome in Dagupan City. Prior to the ceremony, a symbolic parade of delegates marched from PAMMA to the Astrodome, filling the streets with energy and anticipation.
