Governor Eugenio José “Bong” Lacson of Negros Occidental, alongside PRISAA 2026 National President Dr. Mark Molina of STI West Negros University, signaled the start of a year-long buildup for the prestigious national sporting event set to be held in the “City of Smiles.”

In a ceremony marking the formal acceptance of hosting duties, Governor Lacson expressed the province’s enthusiasm and commitment.
