Embodying the PRISAA Spirit The 3rd Negros Island Region Private School Athletic Association (NIR PRISAA) pageant was more than just a showcase of glamour. Held on March 10 at the STI West Negros University (STIWNU) Gymnasium, the event celebrated the confidence and culture of participating private institutions. Each candidate embodied the core values of their respective schools, proving that elegance goes hand in hand with excellence.
A Spectacular Crowning Moment Billote’s standout performance captivated both judges and the audience, leading her to clinch multiple minor awards. Her composure and sharp response during the final question-and-answer round sealed her victory as the region's top representative.

Road to the Nationals With her regional victory, Billote now carries the honor of representing the Negros Island Region on the national stage.
