On July 18–19, 2025, the Private Schools Athletic Association (PRISAA) held its National Board Meeting and a historic Oath-Taking Ceremony at Teodoro Hall, STI West Negros University. The event was a pivotal moment for the Negros Island Region PRISAA (NIRPRISAA), as it formally assumed its role as the Host of the National PRISAA Games in 2026.

The highlight of the two-day gathering was the official Oath of Office administered to the newly elected NIRPRISAA Officers and Board of Trustees by Rev. Fr. Vicente L. Uy, National Chairman of the PRISAA Board. This solemn occasion was particularly significant for Dr. Ryan Mark S. Molina, who took his oath not only as NIRPRISAA President but also as the newly elected President of the National PRISAA, affirming his dual leadership.

The ceremony was graced by prominent local leaders, including the Governor of Negros Occidental, Hon. Eugenio “Bong” Lacson, and representatives from the City Government of Bacolod. Their presence underscored the strong support from the region for the upcoming national games.
